We understand that some real estate sales representative and others are interested in learning how to properly photograph their listings themselves with their own gear. To help these dedicated photography hobbyists, we offer hands-on, one-on-one workshops to teach what we know. 

Through these Real Estate Photography Workshops, we teach everything from well composed and lit real estate photography to virtual tours to editing and more. The following packages are available for one-on-one workshops (for group discounts, please contact us):

Length: 3 hours + 1 hour at computer reviewing photos
Location: On-site at property (your clients' or your own--we do not host a property)
Equipment required: dSLR camera, a wide lens (min 17mm on full frame), dedicated off-camera flash with tilt-head, relatively fast computer with photo editing software. Click here for details regarding equipment.

Description: This 4 hour photography workshop will teach you the basics of real estate photo composition and lighting, so you can create inviting, bright photos that draw your prospects in. A lot will be covered in this one-on-one workshop, so get everything ready. Ideally, we'll have a property to photography (inside and out). If you can't book a clients' property for this purpose, please arrange another (your own, a friends'). 

Length: 4 hours + 2 hour at computer reviewing photos and panoramas
Location: On-site at property (your clients' or your own--we do not host a property)
