Why should I go with you? The other guy offers photos for less.
You've heard it before: you get what you pay for. After research and investigation, we have learned that there are many real estate companies on the market today that hire inexperienced photographers and pay them $35 per shoot--this includes the photographer's travel to the property, the time at the property photographing, travel back to the office, editing photos, and finally posting photos online. A typical real estate photo or virtual tour shoot with all these steps can take anywhere from 3-4 hours or more. At $35, the photographer is making less than minimum wage, and the company--by charging the client $99--is reaping upwards of 65% and more of the profits per worker. Worker does all the work to get only 35% of the profits. We don't have to tell you that this is exploitation and results poor efforts by the photographers. After all, would you be motivated to work hard for less than minimum wage knowing that your employer is pocketing most of your efforts? We don't think so.
Since we are a small team of photographers who all have a stake in the company, we care about the impression we make on each client, and to ensure we are motivated to continue caring and working hard we pay ourselves fairly at least 75% of the value of the job. The rest goes back into the business for marketing and overhead.
What exactly do you mean when you say you offer FLOOR PLANS?
Before or after we've photographed your real estate listing and make the necessary virtual tours, we then measure the entire property--including all levels--and make a basic sketch of it with these measurements. Later, in the office, we use our CAD skills to create a set of digital floor plans that you can then print and use with your marketing materials. Examples

What's the difference between a VIRTUAL TOUR and a PANORAMA?
Most people that we deal with understand Virtual Tour as meaning a 360 degree panorama like this
example here (click the "panos" button at the top). However, this is technically known to as a Panorama. Virtual Tour, by definition, is any kind of property tour that is virtual or online--hence "virtual" and "tour". If any of this is confusing, please don't hesitate to ask us for clarification via our contact form below or
